1. Introduction

Welcome to Muhammadisme.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of UX/UI design services to clients. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

We provide UX/UI design services, including but not limited to user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. The scope of services will be outlined in the project agreement between us and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, assets, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the project’s progress. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Pricing will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project.
  • A deposit may be required to initiate work.
  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed in the project scope.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Major changes after project approval may require a new agreement.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be owned by the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any third-party assets (e.g., fonts, stock images) used will be subject to their respective licensing agreements.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project details without consent. However, both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels the project, outstanding balances must be settled.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide high-quality design services but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party tools or integrations.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

11. Updates to Terms
