CHALLENGES

Exotic's E-Commerce is a Turnoff for Customers

Luxotic saw a significant growth opportunity in the Australian e-commerce market, which is projected to grow by 20% in 2023. As a result, Luxotic saw an opportunity to participate in this growth and launched the Luxotic e-commerce website. However, Edward Li encountered some challenges after the launch of his e-commerce website.

  • The shopping experience was not satisfactory, leaving users dissatisfied with their shopping experience and not returning to the website.
  • The sales strategy was not effective, preventing Luxotic from achieving its sales goals.
  • The e-commerce website was difficult to understand and use, making it difficult for users to achieve what they wanted.
  • The e-commerce website could not reach international markets, limiting Luxotic’s growth in international markets.

GOALS

To address these challenges, Edward Li realized E-Commerce for Luxotic with the following objectives:

Break into the challenging Australian homewares market. Luxotic recognized that the Australian homewares market is highly competitive. Therefore, Luxotic wanted to develop the right strategy to break into this market.
