With a careful approach, they use the Jobs To Be Done and Business Model Canvas frameworks to ensure that each product produced is in accordance with the needs and wants of the market. In my journey with JB/UXD, I witnessed how the agency tries to overcome various challenges that organizations often face in digital product design and innovation. To ensure proper understanding of objectives, my team and I conducted valuable Stakeholder Insights and Discussions. From this workshop session, I discovered that JB/UXD’s Vision is to become a trusted and reputable partner in creating superior digital products and solving organizational problems with innovative solutions.
To achieve this ambitious vision, we recognize the importance of having a strong online presence. Therefore, finding UI/UX Brief (PRD) documents at hand is invaluable. This document provides clear and comprehensive directions on what we should do.
In Brief, I look at the direction JB/UXD wants to target, From companies to startups, government agencies to non-profit organizations. Business leaders and product managers looking to succeed in the dynamic digital era are our potential valued clients. They are looking for user experience design services, product strategy, prototyping and testing, and business model innovation to meet their challenges with confidence.
In the user research process, I use a collaborative approach that combines Qualitative research and Quantitative research methods. understand deeply the needs and preferences of potential clients of jbuxd. Apart from that, I also conduct competitor analysis to ensure that jbuxd remains competitive and can achieve the vision with a mature strategy.

As a UI/UX designer on the JB/UXD team, I realize that developing a well-thought-out strategy doesn’t just depend on perception alone. Therefore, I decided to help prepare JB/UXD with the right strategy through a strong Brand Strategy process.
By relying on data from user research results to competitor analysis, I carefully search for and consider the strategic position of JB/UXD. ensure that JB/UXD’s positioning is in accordance with the vision and mission and describes current conditions, so that it is able to reach potential customers without obstacles and failures in online presence.

Using a variety of powerful tools, such as User Persona, Problem Statement, UX Strategy Blueprint, Empathy Map, User Journey Map, Stakeholder Map, and HMW Question. With these tools, I understand JB/UXD’s target customers, the problems they face, and how JB/UXD can create superior experiences and offerings.
User Personas help understand potential clients, their needs and preferences, and extract valuable insights to design the right solution. The Problem Statement helps formulate the main problems that need to be solved in order to focus on appropriate solutions. The UX Strategy Blueprint is a guide in developing the right strategy in designing and presenting jbuxd digital products. Empathy Map helps understand customer feelings, needs and motivations to create meaningful and relevant experiences. The User Journey Map provides insight into customer interactions with jbuxd products from start to finish. This helps to identify areas for improvement in the user experience. The Stakeholder Map helps identify all parties involved in the project, understand their interests, and maintain effective collaboration. and HMW Question opens the door to creativity and innovation by asking how we can come up with solutions that were not thought of before.
Using these tools, I identify user needs, design intuitive navigation, and provide relevant and engaging content. In addition, ensuring the JB/UXD website reflects a strong brand identity of JB/UXD through a consistent visual design and an emphasis on the key messages that JB/UXD wants to convey.

In the process of defining and understanding the problem, I have formulated a clear and concrete problem statement based on the analysis of existing information. I also develop a creative and innovative how might we solve these problems.
I’m excited to see a well-defined problem. So far, we have identified a variety of exciting new opportunities, paving the way for JB/UXD’s greater vision and mission. However, I am aware that every valuable opportunity must be guarded and must not miss any potential.
Therefore, my team and I held a collaborative brainstorming session together to create brilliant ideas and realize unique opportunities to solve JB/UXD problems. The results of this brainstorming are then processed and visualized through mind mapping to get a clear picture of potential solutions.
Although we managed to collect a lot of great ideas, I also realize that not all ideas can have a significant impact on JB/UXD. As a next step, I did feature prioritization carefully. This process allows us to filter the best solution ideas, based on criteria of objectivity and potential impact.
Of the various unique solutions that we have screened, there are several solutions that we would like to highlight and present on the JB/UXD website. First, our CTA “Book a Call” is displayed to provide direct and easy access for potential clients to communicate with us. This ensures efficient collaboration in finding the right solutions for their needs.
Furthermore, presenting Project Portfolios, Testimonials, and Client Reviews as real evidence of the success and quality of jbuxd’s services. This feature is designed to build trust and confidence for new clients, so they feel confident about working with JB/UXD.
An Accessible Contact Form is another important solution, as I wanted to ensure that potential clients could quickly and easily contact JB/UXD to ask questions or request more information.
I also realized how valuable useful content is for JB/UXD clients. Therefore, we present valuable Lead Magnets or Freebies, providing exclusive insights on the latest trends and smart solutions, as a token of appreciation for JB/UXD clients.
We present Clear Service Packages to make it easier for clients to understand our services in detail, so that they can choose the package that suits their needs without any doubts.
Finally, the Presentation Video or Demo on the landing is an interactive solution that we present to highlight the advantages and advantages of JB/UXD services more attractively and convincingly.
I present these solutions to ensure that the JB/UXD website becomes a portal that is informative, engaging, and makes it easy for clients to navigate their journey to innovation and success. At JB/UXD, I value a pleasant and intuitive user experience. Before designing a visually appealing design, prepared a Site Map and Information Architecture to ensure easy navigation for visitors. I also designed intuitive Userflow for smooth interaction between pages. That way, visitors can easily find the information they need.
The resulting Wireframes I created help test and validate concepts before developing further designs. I present a state-of-the-art Lo-fi Prototyping to clarify the interactive aspects of a website before reaching the detailed design stage.
Through Concept Testing with real users, I ensure that the solutions offered are relevant and provide satisfaction for JB/UXD clients. This website is ready to become an informative, interesting, and impactful portal in achieving JB/UXD’s vision and mission. Every step is aimed at strengthening trust, providing added value, ensuring comfort and convenience for prospective clients in making the right decision.
We again conducted concept tests and tested this new usability to validate our new solution. Our goal was to create a perfect user experience, and yeah this new concept managed to cope with the feedback from the testing team. This gives us the strength and confidence to continue this journey steadily.
In my role at JB/UXD, I have complex responsibilities in presenting a variety of visual needs. From Motion design, Illustration, Art design, Vector tracing & design, Infographic design, Visual Design, to Illustration and iconography, as well as the creation of UI Style guide and Design systems, I use all of them to turn low fidelity wireframe designs into beautiful and detailed UI mockups, displaying solutions offered with clarity and beauty.
In the process of completing the UI mockups, I always make sure to consider all the strategies and branding elements that have been set. Every message and solution submitted must be tested and proven for its strength and accuracy. With this precision, all solutions that were previously only in concept form, have now been realized in a simple but very clear and powerful visual form. In every detail, I am committed to ensuring that the JB/UXD website is a reflection of dedication and excellence in delivering impactful solutions.
In designing Hifi UI Design (Mockup), I pursue excellence and maximum quality. I create prototyping and interaction designs that are not only visually stunning, but also provide an intuitive, fluid, and engaging user experience. I carefully consider every animation, transition, and interface interaction to ensure that users experience comfort and satisfaction when using the Creative Hub platform.
I believe that through this approach, I can help Creative Hub convey important messages, strengthen their brand, and provide a memorable experience for users. I want to make sure that every user feels the quality, professionalism and dedication that goes behind every design element that I create.
Finally I developed everything using WordPress and did an analysis of the results, I am satisfied with the results showing that we managed to achieve all the metrics and expectations that were set perfectly and on target.
