Another project with Anthony, enjoyable, the same flow, the way of working together, easy to communicate, and completing the Botflow website with ease.

Botflow is a no-code chatbot automation platform that helps businesses automate their business processes. Botflow can be used for a variety of tasks, including: Customer service, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Learning and development.
I used a User Centered Design approach to create a Botflow website that is engaging and informative. I conducted competitor analysis and saw how the values of competitors can be accepted by users. I focused on the needs and experiences of users, so that the website can meet the goals of Botflow well.

After translating Anthony’s brief and having a deep discussion with him, I concluded that he faced several challenges in launching Botflow. These challenges include:

In this website project, our objectives include:

I also learned how competitors can be successful. I noted several factors that can influence audience decisions in taking action, and we must take advantage of this:
We need to take advantage of these tendencies in designing a solution for Botflow, with the hope that the audience will take the action we expect.
I always involve Anthony in all processes, including giving him the ability to determine solutions from the solutions I offer, including:
By focusing on these solutions, the Botflow landing page will be ready to attract clients and transform businesses. In determining all of this, I always remember that transparency, relevance, ease, and real benefits are key!

I produced an effective Botflow web design through a comprehensive process, from Wireframe & flows, Visual Design, UI Styleguide And Design systems, Illustration and iconography, Hifi UI Design (Mockup), to Prototyping and Interaction design.
I created some rough concepts to know the layout, then tested them (a/b testing) with Anthony to get the best layout pattern. This layout pattern must make it easy for the audience to access and consume information quickly. This is important for the success of delivering Botflow’s message.

The design solutions I create must truly solve Anthony’s challenges. Therefore, I pay attention to aspects of design that meet the principles of user-centered design. This way, my design can be accepted and consumed by the audience, and achieve the conversion goal.
It would be fun if all of our work was a puzzle. Validation is needed to answer whether my work is good. Testing is done to ensure that the output is real and uncompromising.
I conducted usability testing on 10 of Anthony’s target respondents with testing scenarios and media through maze. The results showed that some parts of the page were successful and failed to communicate the message effectively to the audience.

However, the feedback from the respondents made me not stop there. In some parts, I need to add videos to reinforce the message. Many of them were not yet convinced of the capabilities offered, so I needed to make improvements.
I fixed it by creating several versions of the problematic pages and asking for respondent feedback. This way, I got a solution that was relevant to them.
After the usability testing was successful, Anthony entrusted me to develop Botflow with WordPress. I worked hard until it reached pixel perfect.
After launch, Botflow received positive feedback from the audience. They stated that Botflow is more than just a chat platform. They want the beta version to be the basis for further development. Thanks to the page, they did not hesitate to contact the Botflow contact and try a demo to experience the benefits of Botflow technology.
Information about Botflow is well communicated to the audience. This is an effective bridge to connect the audience with Botflow. Botflow will be crowded and utilized by businesses facing relevant problems.

Botflow successfully adopted over 1,000 early adopters, trusted as an innovative and solution-oriented new brand, and effectively acquired customer data.
I am happy to collaborate with Anthony and contribute to his business. My maximum dedication is proof that I deserve to be part of a team around the world.
